Peek can partially crystallize and is rarely characterized by two glass transition temperatures, approximately 140 degrees Celsius and approximately 275 degrees Celsius, respectively. Peek has a melting temperature of approximately 350 degrees Celsius and has high resistance to thermal degradation. It also has strong resistance to organic and aqueous environments.
Peek film is a semi crystalline polymer prepared by Peek through extrusion casting method. The transparency and physical properties of the film are closely related to the molecular chain structure and morphology of the polymer.
Product description
Peek film appears as opaque brown in a high crystallinity state. The prepared film has a small thickness tolerance, high surface flatness, and can reach a maximum width of 400mm. It can be customized with smooth and frosted surfaces according to different customer needs, choose different sizes, and save material costs. Currently, 0.03-0.8mm thick films are available in stock and can be shipped at any time.
